Our Wagyu are pasture raised and grain finished. The main characteristic of Wagyu beef is it’s natural ability for intramuscular marbling. Providing the correct dietary needs, at precise times, highlights that ability and makes our beef better than rest!
Our herd is raised as naturally as possible. However, we do believe in preventing disease and viral infections if possible so our animals receive annual vaccinations.
We do not use any type of growth hormones, additives or antibiotics and the steers do not receive any vaccinations a full year leading up to being harvested.
This allows us to provide the most natural, wholesome beef we can while still providing the best preventative care possible. If one of our animals do become ill we are fortunate enough to have Colorado State University’s veterinary hospital as well as local veterinarians to provide the best care possible for our animals.
We have expanded our herd! We have a selection of beef available. See our Shop page for cuts/pricing.
Otherwise you can find us at a few local restaurants.
