We have an abundance of ground wagyu available! Because we do not have a storefront, and have other jobs, we would like to offer monthly delivery.

We ask that you order a minimum of 10lbs for each delivery, deliveries can be skipped, or canceled within 30 day notice.

Whole/Half

$4.50/lb hanging

We have hogs available, can be purchased in whole/half. Typical hanging weight varies from 200-300/lbs per hog. Buyer is responsible or the processing fee. We will provide a cut sheet for you to select exactly what you want - from the thickness of a pork chop to the flavors of sausage. Processing fee and time depends on what you select (curing, etc).

All purchases must be local to Northern Colorado. Delivery within 20 miles of Fort Collins, CO
